Victory Bay is a behavioral health treatment center in New Jersey that offers effective outpatient treatment for substance abuse, mental health, and eating disorders. Our environment is welcoming and safe so people can recover and heal from trauma. We maintain small caseload sizes, which allows counselors to give the individualized attention clients desire. Counselors are trained in traditional therapies for the treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Psychiatric services are regularly available to assist in managing any co-occurring disorders Group therapy is a primary treatment modality, but we aim to hold small group sessions. Individual therapy is also provided weekly, allowing for consistent attention to treatment goals. These private sessions allow for trust and rapport to be built with one’s counselor and the opportunity to explore concerns they may not be able to explore in group sessions. We recognize the importance of family who may also participate in therapy with their loved ones as requested. In addition, we offer case management services and support because we recognize that individuals have careers, health issues, and education needs that require attention.

Care begins with medical detox and continues through residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient programs, so clients can stay with the same team as their needs change. Enlightened Recovery Detox offers inpatient, medically supervised detox for alcohol, opioids, and other substances at its marina-front facility across from Atlantic City. Clients get 24/7 nursing care and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease withdrawal, plus therapies like CBT and motivational interviewing. Acupuncture, restorative yoga, and guided meditation help with physical discomfort. Private and shared rooms are available, and organic, chef-prepared meals are served. Case managers begin discharge planning on arrival and connect clients directly to residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) care, so there’s no gap in treatment.
