Treating substance use and concurrent mental health disorders is complex as each individual presents a unique combination of mental health disorders, substances used and readiness for help. We treat our staff and members with respect and honor their contributions. We invest in the continuing growth, development and nurturing of our staff and they must exemplify our Purpose, Principles, and Philosophies inside and outside of our community. We believe in doing well by doing good. Our stakeholders deserve an adequate return on capital so that we can reinvest capital in helping more people recover.
