Baldwin Park, California is in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County. According to the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health, most people in the specific Service Planning Area (SPA 3) that includes Baldwin Park entered substance use disorder treatment for methamphetamine, followed by heroin and alcohol.¹
