I went to the H.P. In 2010 not knowing the slightest idea of how to be clean or a adult. The staff, all had been there and felt the same way. But they made it and helped me to realize that I’m not alone and I could be clean and sober. I relapsed twice since then. But it wasn’t from a lack of direction or knowledge that the H.P. Didn’t give me. It was my own choice. Since 2014 I have been sober. Ask my mother what the healing place means to her. Ask my friends who thought I was going to die. I gave 2 stars for the accommodations. But it’s free. 100% free. Get over it

From Paul the gentlemen who answered the phone during my initial call and walked me through the entire process of getting my loved one set up with their program to Lauren who evaluated him and answered her phone throughout the day regardless of the time for my million and one questions and assisted me in getting him a rapid covid test the morning of.....to the staff Tabitha, Sabrina, Kelly, and Mary that have assisted throughout his stay so far I am very pleased with this facility, their program, and their staff excluding Dottie who was very rude and disrespectful. Despite her unprofessional and condescending behavior I reported it and a myriad of different staff reached out to apologize and assure me something would be done. They even reassured my loved one and updated me on his well being. Anyone interested in this facility or treatment should definitely go here. They are warm and inviting. The food is fantastic from what I hear and they give respect and assistance where and when deserved. I am so happy we chose this place out of many others. Thank you to this facility and all of the amazing staff for giving me and his family peace knowing he is in good hands and taking the behavior of only one seriously. I am thoroughly impressed with the staff at the office in lexington. The staff are the absolute BEST! They are very welcoming, and go completely beyond to make sure everyone feels very much at ease.. They answer every single question that is asked and in addition will reach out to their clients to make sure every visit is the best it could possibly be. With them, you have absolutely nothing to worry about or be embarrassed of ...Seriously!! I am forever grateful for their knowledge, hospitality within the facility, and their sweet nature. These folks deserve more than a small recognition or review... I am forever in debt.
