WMRH saved my life. I have been to many sober living houses/facilities and have always failed because of the lack of understanding, care and overall program effectiveness offered at other places. The Farnum center has already helped me so much so far, there way of teaching and applying different ways of looking at addiction to substances and addictive behaviors is different, community and individually focused, they use unique but easy techniques to cope with these situations and also apply any other assistance you need as much as they can, including groups on anger, depresstion and anxiety management, Aftercare plan ( they will set you up private meetings with a aftercare coordinator to find what fits best for you) Treatment plan goals and objectives, Codependency, Self Confidence, Relapse Prevention, Health Realization and more. You get your own counselor and the staff is always there for guidance. Very community focused we all help each other, the synergy here is remarkable.
