Me and the guys love to play the musical instruments they have three times a week which has been super therapeutic because I am a musician by trade and Mattie made she she got me some drum sticks and guitar picks so I could get my sessions in throughout the week. It has been a good rallying point for the guys to come together and bond over music after groups. These activities have definitely been a great addition to my groups and therapy. I am grateful to be able to play music here and not have to stop doing something I love that brings me so much joy.
Futures changed my life and I am forever grateful for the program and staff. When I showed up I was a complete train wreck. I can actually live my life happy and clean and I would not have been able to do that if it wasn't for every one involved in my recovery process. I tried to stay because I loved it so much.
