This is my first review of an employer. I will celebrate one year with Luxe in one month. I have had the distinct honor to see and experience the vision and passion of the owners and the excellence to which they bring to this facility and profession. The site is beautiful and the environment is peaceful and healing. The quality of staff are screened to excellence and there is zero tolerance for mediocrity to patients or performance. We remain diligent in finding the best and the brightest team. I love being a part of such a personal and healing experience for patients and families. Addiction is divisive and chaotic. Quest 2 Recovery truly saved my life! Without the outstanding staff and program, I would have not been able to continue with my recovery. Owner makes himself accessible in the facility to all the clients and does the full upmost efforts in hiring his staff. I walked into Quest, hopeless, defeated, and lost. But surely, I allowed myself to be vulnerable and open by the compassion and care shown by everyone there. From the staff to the Therapist and Case Manager, my needs were more than just met. At any point if I had a question (or several at a time) they would go out their way to help and solve or reached out to those who knew what to do. From the start of detox, they watched over me with genuine care and well-being. I have never been to a rehab facility before, but now, if need be, I'd highly suggest this God send of a place to anybody! Allow yourself the chance for a sober happy life.
