I want to thank you! I had given up hope after calling multiple places I just was going to keep using. Until I finally made one last phone call. I very enthusiastic phone asked me “how I was doing?” Most people say “hello” in a demeaning tone. She talked to me for 30 min. asked me questions out of care not to take my money. She was honest and up front. Because of her my hope is back. She made me feel that I’m not alone. I am of course doing this for myself, family, boyfriend. But now I want to do this for her. Because she said during our convo “this is my purpose, knowing I’m helping people is why Fod put me here”.... I want to show her that her encouragement and faith in me will pay off. Thank you. Keep being a beautiful soul. You are a God sent angel.
Saved my life. If you want help you'll get it here. Staff is awesome and really goes out of their way for clients. Director actually cares about patients. Some people complain and have a poor attitude because they're not ready for change but that's not the facilities fault...
Strong Recovery, Comfortable Family Setting, Knowledgeable Staff, Hands on Recovery, Genuine Care and Loving Staff Hello Everybody, I could not have gotten to where I am without Charleston Recovery Center. I arrived there broken - physically, mentally and spiritually. I was told by the director that I could not get sober on my own power and that I had to follow directions. I was also told that I could not talk about all the bad things people had done to me, but I could talk about the bad things I had done to other people. Needless to say that shut me up so I could receive direction. I went through the twelve steps of this program as quickly but as thoroughly as possible. Near the end of my three months of continuous recovery two things happened, I became aware that the obsession to drink or use drugs had been removed and if I continued to follow directions I will never have to use again. To say CRC saved my life would be an understatement. It also gave me a reason to live and that I am eternally grateful. If you or someone you love suffers from the illness of addiction I recommend CRC to change your life. I wouldn't be alive today without this program.
