The staff promote a very cliquey vibe. They either like you or don't. I didn't feel as if I had anyone to reach out to. I spent 7 weeks in residential and had a staff member tell me to ky face, that I was a bad person, and nobody wanted to be around me. The staff breaks privacy regulations, talking to others openly about personal issues.

The whole person, mind/body connection approach that Acqua takes is stellar. The grounds are magical, the staff is competent, the vibe is positive. It is an overall wonderful place to begin or renew the path of recovery.

Overall, I felt the experience was very fulfilling. Everyone from the owner to the new-hire genuinely cares about recovery and each patients individual journey through it.
