Action Drug Rehabs - Bakersfield Outpatient Services

This rehab facility is a flop. Action is not capable of handling relapse, mental illness nor does the facility have access to securing the patients from outside drug dealers. Action allows patients to text, use cell phones while in treatment. Action, also, could not handle a mentally disturbed patient, they did not help her they called law enforcement to take her away and never contacted family that the patient was moved to another facility. In conjunction to family not knowing where Acrtion patient was they then threw out the patients jewelry and make up as their policy is a 72 hour hold on patients belongs if not claimed they throw it out. Well no one from Action contacted family that the patients make-up/jewelry case was still in Actions possession, as the patient did not know what Action sent over to new facility. So, Action gave away or threw out $7,500 worth of jewelry and make up with out ever contacting family that this was what was going to happen. I highly condone Action for rehab treatment and DO NOT recommend this facility for your loved ones treatment- they will not receive proper treatment and an enormous waste of money.

Excellent counselors, personalized treatment. No holistic or alternative treatment options. This place literally changed my life. The counselors here were incredibly helpful and provided excellent guidance.

Love this place awesome program, super clean facility,amazing food and above all they make you feel safe love that fact that they treat me like family no just like a number. Two of the staff members in particular are amazing and careening people.

Family atmosphere and true caring.

Strengths: They are very welcoming and you feel at home when you get there. strong after care program.great staff. Weaknesses: More of a younger adult rehab. They also need to keep to come up with a better secerity policy. Action family counseling is a great program . you feel at ho!me when you get there . staff is awesome .
