Bedrock Recovery Center located in Canton MA is the newest addition to the ARK Behavioral Health umbrella. Bedrock is a state of the art facility designed for substance use detoxification and inpatient services. At Bedrock our mission is to provide trauma informed, evidenced based, culturally humble, gender responsive and family centric services to individuals suffering from substance use disorders.
Bedrock Recovery Center deploys an individualized approach that treats the underlying causes of addiction by placing our patients needs first. Located near the historical Boston metropolitan area in Massachusetts, our mission is to help individuals seeking treatment from substance abuse from all over the country.
We appreciate each individual and structure your treatment specific to your individual needs. We offer a variety of clinical therapies, such as; cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, 12 step immersion program, internal family systems model and much more.

Meet the Staff
Frank BradyExecutive DirectorFrank came to Bedrock Recovery Center as a senior behavioral healthcare executive with more than a decade of experience in cumulative leadership roles. Since beginning his career, Frank has worked in various capacities with addiction and mental health treatment providers all over the United States. Through his experience, Frank has been exposed to many different treatment and clinical program modalities; and has developed a keen understanding of the ingredients necessary to deliver effective treatment. Frank’s management experience, diverse knowledge of behavioral healthcare treatment settings, and passion for patients to succeed are his greatest contributions to the culture of Bedrock Recovery Center.
Robert McLachlanProgram DirectorRobert has over 10 years’ experience in the addiction recovery field and has worked for ARK Behavioral Health for many years. Robert received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management along with a minor in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is the first-line of contact in quickly assessing a client’s needs and being highly responsive on all the details to get clients on their way to getting well. Robert’s compassion and big heart make him one of the most important assets at Bedrock Recovery Center.
Dr. Ronald Bugaoan, MDMedical DirectorDr. Ronald Bugaoan, MD is a Board-Certified Addiction Psychiatry Specialist in Massachusetts and has over 21 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Far Eastern University--Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation medical school in 1999 and completed his fellowship with Boston University Medical Center. Dr Bugaoan is a speaker for Naltrexone Long Acting Injection and Buprenorphine Extended Release Injection. His ultimate goal for any patient is remission and recovery. His favorite quote and a philosophy he lives by is "What you want to ignite in others must first burn inside yourself." Aurelius Augustinus.
Jessica ConteCase Management SupervisorJessica Graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and is a certified Recovery Coach. She has worked with individuals having substance use disorder for seven years in various roles from community-based supports to inpatient settings. She tries to use this vast experience to help build a strong foundation and connect people to every resource they need to have continuous success throughout their recovery.
