Do not go to this facility if you have mental health issues and are expecting individual counseling. I spent 9 days at this place and received not ONE one-on-one therapy session. I left against medical advice because they did not know how to treat my depression and anxiety. You will not receive individual care, \"small\" groups consist of around 10 people, they give you an hour or two of \"recreation time,\" AKA downtime, yet have no activities to do on campus besides sit in a room and watch music videos. Amenities are bare minimum for a rehab. Meals are one step above jail food, consisting of hot dogs, flavorless oatmeal, beans, and mashed potatoes nearly everyday. There is probably one staff member for every hundred patients, which results in daily physical fights and all-around chaos. If you suffer from anxiety, stay away. This place states to be specialized in dual-diagnoses, but there are way too many people to get the individual treatment that one with mental health issues needs. Bowling Green has failed me, but my recovery will continue elsewhere.
