I\'ve been to this facility four (4) times over the past four (4) years. The admissions department is like a sales team. They call you throughout the year to see how you\'re doing and if you need to check-in and get help. It\'s almost as if they hope you are struggling so they can get you in. They have three (3) cottages and you are extremely lucky if they place you in the Keller cCottage. You have alot more freedom and you are trusted alot more of you make it to Keller. The techs are great. They always try to help you in any way possible. The therapist is excellent. She really is one of the better therapiss i\'ve been associated with. The nursing team were very helpful during my stay. The med nurses were always pleasant and respectful. The doctors know their stuff and will not let you go until they feel you are ready. It\'s really easy to get in to this facility and it\'s very hard to get out. Plan on being there between 14-28 days. The food was excellent. Overall, I would give CBH a 4 star rating. I would recommend my friends or family to this facility.

This is an \"acute psychiatric hospital. If you need treatment for addiction, go elsewhere
DO Not check in to this facility. Incompetent staff.
Totally mislead into going to this dump. Was sold on the \"dual diagnosis anthem\", which they had little to no drug/alcohol treatment. Every client/patient was a total \"head case\", the place in a nuthouse, and a nuthouse ONLY!The food was good, however. Kudos to the kitchen staff.
Strong mental health focus. The most caring staff possible. One of the doctors is very abrupt and tends to know it all before you\'ve even spoken to him, but he is a good clinician. Food is great, watch your waistline! The length of stay is on average 7- 21 days based on your insurance (first and foremost), two, if you were detoxing and , three, how you are responding to medication. If you need to switch your stay lenghtens as did mine.
