Staff is lazy, rude, they seem to not know a clue about what they are doing . Let alone treat you like a human being. Have some compassion and empathy . Have some enthusiasm and at least acknowledge and comfort those who need it. Communicate and be respectful, kind and helping. The most unprofessional place and people I have seen in 2 years. It is horrible and unpleasant. This place needs help big time!
Group meetings support friendly The food housing and relax time hours It only works if u want it to some people are there cause court order and don't care
Security was a strength of the facility. Staff not very well trained. My son had an allergic reaction from a food eaten at the facility and when he informed the staff they told him to go to his room Snr he would be fine, he ended up being taken by ambulance because of a severe allergic reaction to bananas that caused his throat to close shut, having a staff member ignore symptoms of an allergic reaction is very serious and the hospital said he was lucky, he could have died.
Kind employees - most of them. Some of the employees do not work well with patients. In my opinion I would find a nicer rehab. Although treatment was effective.
