Our primary goal is to provide our clients with practical skills they can use to manage their internal experiences (thoughts, feelings, urges) more effectively. Whereas we don’t focus on 12 Step models of recovery, we believe that the skills we teach are 12 Step compatible and helpful to those who choose to participate in 12 Step programs later on.

Individualized Treatment
Some facilities have an addiction treatment protocol that all patients or clients are expected to follow, while others customize or individualize treatment based on a person’s unique needs and circumstances. Factors that may affect treatment decisions include age, lifestyle, medical conditions, type of drug, religious beliefs, etc.Intensive Outpatient
Patients who undergo intensive outpatient treatment continue to live at home and sometimes go to school or work while participating in a highly structured treatment protocol that is focused on ending substance abuse. Programs vary in terms of how much treatment patients receive, how often and for how long. Some facilities design individualized intensive outpatient treatment programs.

Mike O'ReillyOwnerMike is the Owner and Executive Director of Clear Recovery of Cache Valley. He has been the primary consultant in developing 16 successful, non-twelve step drug treatment facilities in the state of Utah. He has been responsible for programming, protocols, marketing strategies and compliance with state and federal regulations. Mike has a passion for recovery due to his 15 year battle with methamphetimine addiction which he overcame in April of 2004.- Melanie RustProgram DirectorMelanie Rust graduated with her BSW from Utah State University early in 2016 and was shortly after hired on at Clear Recovery of Cache Valley as Program Director. Melanie has a heart of gold and truly loves all of the clients that come here for treatment. We are impressed everyday by her work ethic and integrity. She is inspirational to all who meet her. Her energy is so positive and loving it would be a challenge to walk away without a huge smile across your face. We are grateful everyday that she is with us.
