Caring, compassionate staff. Organizational structure is poor. Often short staffed. Counseling doesn't appear to be very effective as there multiple readmissions on a regular basis. Most clients appeared to be able to "game" the system to suite their current need to please families who were were fed up or to hide out for a few days and go right back to their same environment and addictive behaviors. Rehabilitation is difficult even if best practice is utilized. However, programs should be constantly monitored using objective criteria for effectiveness or another model employed.
