Fair facility, good accommodations
There was no follow-up! The discharge planning team failed to create a back-up plan even though they were aware my brother has mental health issues himself.
Counseling groups were a strength. Free time needs to be revised. Very effective
Patient education was good. Housekeeping was a weakness. The dr.s and nurses are well trained the staff for the most part seem to genuinely care about their patients
