Run as fast as you can away from this place. The staff is absolutely horrible. I witnessed the "owner" talking to her staff as if they were farm animals. She looks down on everyone as if they were peasants! I witnessed the front office clerk crying on multiple occasions and talking crap about other employees. I have witnessed technicians treating clients in the most unprofessional way. I have witnessed clients sneaking into other rooms for sex in the middle on the night, while the technicians play on their phones or watch tv. This facility is all about the money!!! From what I hear, this facility was bought out by a company in Pennsylvania and really doesnt care about you, your feelings or most importantly, your addiction. Its all about how much money they can make off of your insurance. Lets not talk about the "self pay rate" You have to mortgage your house. The employee turn over rate is through the roof, for good reason. Why would you want to work at a place that treated their staff so horribly, in turn, the staff treats clients the same way. RUN!!!

Please do not send your loved one to this facility. The individuals who work here do not understand the meaning of professionalism, trust and empathy. After nine hard months of trying to get our addict adult son into a rehab program, he agreed to go here because he “trusted” the people here to be open and vulnerable about his problems. After being there for only 1 day his trust was broken and he was discarded to the hospital to spend 6 days in the psych ward. Even though the doctors at the hospital deemed him healthy to re-enter back into Crestview’s care, he was vehemently denied to continue his treatment at Crestview. Although Crestview advertises via their website that they treat co- occurring disorders, our experience is that this is simply not true. Our family’s hopes were crushed by Crestview and now my adult son refuses treatment of any kind from therapists or treatment centers due to the fear of being misunderstood and judged by individuals who are trained to be “ professionals”.
