No therapy of any sort (individual or group). Patient room bathrooms not handicapped-accessible. Disoriented male patients attempted to enter other patients' rooms. Patients shrieked day and night. Truly horrible experience. Avoid if at all possible.
LB
The group I attended consisted of talking about matters that were completely unrelated to mental health or recovery. There also appeared to be no real staff, only people filling in who had no credentials. Unorganized! No real curriculum! No real IOP staff! Go somewhere else.

The VA transferred my husband to this god awful place and when he entered the facility he walked upright. When he left 3 months later he was stooped over, smelling of urine and looking like a homeless person. His hair was down to his shoulders and he close cropped beard was down below the bottom of his neck. His fingernails and toenails were never trimmed and were disgustingly long. I gave a VA form “Aid & Attendance”. It takes 3-6 months to get approved for this pension to help pay for a nursing home. That form was given on June 29th but was never completed by he doctor and sent to Nashville. Now I have lost 2 months in the approval process. I was told b a staff member theatre was no such form in my husbands file. Evidently she tossed it in the trash. Also they lost my husbands clothing (2 pair of jeans, 2 pullover shirts, underwear and socks and a small blue duffel bag). This place is totally disgusting and should be closed down permently. Everything I have written in this review is thethe absolute truth and acknowledge this statement as fact.

IT was not helpful, but that may have been due to my age.

I worked here for a period of time recently. They do not know when they have great employees in front of their face. I feel a 90 day probationary period at a hospital like this, should not exist, as they are fast to fire employees without hearing two sides. Good thing the probationary period covered you guys or I would be after this hospital for wrongful termination. I always showed up on time, and wanted to work, even while in school. There was nothing I did wrong. An employee, just didn't like me and they had taken her side, without conducting a proper investigation. I was in management, until I wanted to better myself and go back to school and this is a sad excuse for management. I learned if you have a great, hard working employee, you do not let them go. A majority of the employees, doing checks and vitals seemed completely lazy, if that is who you guys want around the people admitted, then go ahead. Whomever the owner is needs to fix or get rid of the management and some in human resources there. They should be employees, not managers, as the organization skills lack as well. Hopefully, I hear from the owner to get this fixed and rectified, because it was none of my doing for termination. Maybe there is a reason, why you guys have a low star rating. Thanks.
