I've been going to this clinic now for 10 years this is by far the best Clinic I've either been to or heard of the staff here are very friendly and kind and treat you with respect as long as you treat them with respect. I would definitely recommend going to this methadone clinic for anyone that plans on taking it serious doing what they're supposed to do passing your urine test doing your counseling and getting off street drugs. So if you plan on taking your addiction treatment serious this Clinic is for you it is a great place to go if you're in the Waterville Augusta area sometimes the lines here can get kind of long but as long as you show up at a decent time it's not that big of a deal and get your take-homes and you won't have to worry about showing up everyday A Plus in my book.
it is probably one of the better ones in the area, but needs to stop focusing top priority on money
I was able to get right in. when I lost my insurance they were not willing to work with me and I had to leave before I was ready. I was forced to go to detox to help deal with the physical withdrawal from methadone. While there no one ever encouraged me to go down on my dose until I lost my insurance and then no one cared. I created my own plan to go down on my dose every seven to ten days. I finally had to leave because the choice became pay my rent or pay for treatment. I felt like the last five years of going there had been a waste of my time.
Location was good but there was a lack of options
