Please dont believe any of these 4 star reviews. You live in a delapidated old hotel with old broken furniture. 4 people to a tiny room. I had so much stuff stolen at the time. I had a roomate threaten to beat the shit out of me when I found items of mine that she had stolen. The theat was not taken seriously at all. My first roomate stole stuff from me and threatened me with the black cane that police have. It is across the street from a crack house. Im my time there i saw someone mudered at the mcdondalds across the street. Adam the owner was wonderful till the day you got there. Then He was behind locked glass. I have never felt such terror in my life. My halfway house was filled with cockroches and had rats. both the men and womens halfway all relapsed on the same day. People stole people meds especially Gabapenten to get high. My theripist lied to keep me there as long as possible. I was stuck there for four months. In my time there I saw many people relapes 3 and 4 times and come back. There were fights contantanly makeing me feel so unsafe at every moment, contantly missing meds. People were hooking up everywhere. After the second day they did not have my meds on sight i walked to the dunkin donuts my parents were going to get me and they told them I would be dead in a month. They will let you leave but will keep your stuff for 72 hours including liecence money and debit cards. So you are trapped with no identification on the streets of Miami. So they make it impossible to leave. I went to get off Clonipin that I took for sleep for 3 years. I have never abused drugs in my life I just knew I needs medical help to get off. Sat in line forever while everyone smoked waiting for meds. I was a non smoker who it gave terrible migrains to so i had to stay in my room all the time. . My Theripist James lied repeatly to my insurance just to keep me there. Adam is now in jail for insurance fraud. It was one of the scarest places of my life. Fights constantly breaking out. The food was not amazing they gave you 70 dollars a week to buy whatever you wanted. This place made my ptsd 10 times worse. Out of my small group almost everyone but me is dead. Even trying to type this now is super triggering. They show you the Gardens the detox center which is stunning and lead you to believe you will be there. You are in a dangerous part of Miami. 30 min drives to get to the center for classes with people packed in like sardeans. All people did was smoke around the pool. people were having sex everywhere. They show you where the classes are held which was a decent facility but where you lived was horrible. You were allowed to use a cell phone in the office once a day for 15 mins at the max. THe only positive thing I can say about this place is that I found out about Brenee Brown and did the Daring way. Truly dont believe a word of the 4 starts. They are all lies mainly written by staff. I had thought this place had closed. It should it is only out to rape insurance companies. Please dont let anyone you love get trapped in such a horrible place. I walked out of this place so much more traumatized than I ever was to start with. In the last year 15 people from the facillity that were there when I was died. Do you research there are place that can help but this is not one of them. South Fl is know for horrible rehabs even giving patients drugs just so that they could take insurance money because the person then had relapsed. I know often times bad reviews are written by people who just want to take the drugs again. They blame the place and the therepist that they didnt stay clean. I am not that person. I pray that whoever reads this will see the transparancy I have tried to show. I still have nightmares about the shooting i witnessed. This is not a safe place or a healing place. It has been 5 years since I left and I still am terrirized by what I witnessed and experenced here.

The facilities at the residence were awful. Broken furniture in rooms they didn't seem to care to lots of sex behind the scenes. The admin side is all shady. All about the money. Cold hearted people in it for the money. Most of the counselors are the high point here. Them and the several amazing techs they let go. Overall HrC helped, but once I graduated they didn't care at all and had a lot of shady stuff go on to several amazing clients. They market people here literally pay people to come to Miami and pay for the flights. And your insurance is hammered by this corrupt place. That's as honest a review as your gonna get. People come down here for help get the help but are thrown to the dogs quickly. I have friends dead and hopeless and homeless in Miami because of HRC. Steer clear.

Holistic Recovery helped me and my family very much. I immigrated from Brazil 10 years ago, was in a major bike accident and hooked on pain killers 2 months after. I had no end in sight but thanks to HRC I got my life and family back. In Brazil there are no places like HRC, Im so thankful I went here, Holistic is the best and most important place you can go.

Without HRC's help I wouldn't be here to write this review. HRC is the real deal and works, Im proof of the 12 step process. Rehabs are usually what you make of it but HRC made me see the light and works. Liked HRC so so so much!!

went to hrc. I also had my twin sister attend hrc after i went here cause it works. Best quality rehab made up of real people who care about you and know what they’re doing. I met 100 alumni that all have over a year clean and are living and breathing proof hrc works. My sister is clean now too thanks to hrc. My family all thank hrc for the holidays now, we all sit at the table clean for the first time in years.
