Inner Solutions offers adults suffering from the brain disease of addiction or co-existing mental health and substance use disorders life-saving recovery tools to support their ability to achieve individualized recoveries. In partnership with the OSU Tulsa Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, our holistic treatment approach offers traditional, best practice methods such as individual, group, and family counseling, as well as evidence-based interventions. These interventions include Medications Assisted Therapy (MAT), Yoga/Meditation, Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention, and Music Therapy.

Client & Family Support Groups
Group therapy is a vital component of addiction recovery treatment, considered as important and effective (sometimes even more so) than individual therapy. Benefits include reducing isolation and loneliness and providing the opportunity to learn from others in recovery. In the addiction setting, group therapy is run by trained professionals who guide participants toward a shared goal of recovery.Individual Therapy
This term describes one-on-one therapy, in which a patient and trained counselor, social worker, psychologist or psychiatrist meets privately with a patient to discuss challenges related to lifestyle, work, family and romantic relationships that may have contributed to the development of an addiction.

Meet the Staff
Brad CollinsProgram DirectorBrad Collins received a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma and is an OBLADC approved supervisor. Brad is also an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College, teaching aspiring Alcohol and other Drug (AOD) counselors in the Associates in Human Services/Pre-Social Work degree program. Brad’s passion lies in educating diverse audiences about the components of, and methods and means to recovery from, the Brain Disease of Addiction. He also believes in the invaluable benefit of collaboration with Addiction Psychiatry and other research/addiction professionals, engaging Research and Efficacy measures throughout the treatment and recovery process which leads to the utilization of an authentic best-practices-approach in Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment to ensure increasingly more successful outcomes.
Dr. Samuel MartinMedical DirectorDr. Martin is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS). He completed his medical training and general psychiatry residency at the University of Oklahoma. He is board certified in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He has interest in treating individuals with addictive disorders and co-morbid psychiatric disorders. He has provided education on multiple addiction topics including pharmacology of addictive substances, screening for addictive illnesses, pharmacologic treatment of addictive disorders, and psychotherapeutic treatment of addictive disorders. He leads the OSU-CHS Addiction Medicine TeleECHO® Clinic. He has provided addiction and psychiatric care to adults receiving detoxification and residential treatment services at 12&12, Inc. since 2011. He became Medical Director at 12&12, Inc. in 2016.
