Facility is dirty and never renovated. This location is all for profit and overall experience was absolutely terrible

Counselors who were experienced, visiting days, education Facility was old and outdated, they mixed adolescents with adults, portions of food were huge I think they could use a remodel. The facility is old and doesn't have enough room to hold patients. The counselors were great, but the facility was old.

Love the lectures, they are great at sharing their experiences and knowledge in a way that the kids can relate to. We are in a state that does not allow lock down facilities for teens or adults. This facility deals with teens and they tell the kids not to let door hit them on the way out. Facility has moved the 19 to 25 year old females from the adult facility to the adolescent facility where these females are allowed to smoke and the others are not, with their smoking area being outside the windows of the kids, triggering those who smoke. Facility is located in a not so nice areaFacility used to do "family week" where the parents could attend and learn more about addiction. They need to change the way they handle kids leaving the facility.

Family program was great! I would highly recommend this program. outpatient Follow up care is just outpatient - putting post-inpatient rehab clients with general outpatient. Need to have a post- inpatient follow up care program.

I recommend soliciting views of other staff and patients. As a woman, I would want res 12. Have known many successful "graduates". Strengths include: mission to serve, incorporating 12 step program and attendance and use of rational emotive therapy to change negative thinking/acting patterns. poor people skill in management lower staff morale and cause some good people to leave the center. would have liked more flexibility when insurance inadequate.
