About Transformations Mending Fences

Transformations Mending Fences is a nationally accredited and licensed mental health and addiction treatment center. We’ve treated adults 18 years of age and older who are suffering from primary mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders for over a decade, setting them on the path to recovery. Our location is on 400+ acres in beautiful northern Florida and we offer 24 residential queen beds as well as 21 partial hospitalization queen beds in private rooms. We also have an outdoor area with a fire pit for chilly nights and fellowship, as well as large group rooms, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and a cafeteria with chef cooked meals three times a day. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, so at Mending Fences we offer a variety of traditional and experiential therapy options including; EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Equine Therapy, PTSD & Trauma therapy, and Music therapy with a recording studio.
