Valley Hope saved my life! I highly recommend them. The staff is loving, caring and compassionate! A lot of the people that work there are in long term recovery. The facility is clean, welcoming and cozy! They also helped my family! So thankful for them! 💜

This was the worst experience of my life. I visit my girlfriend almost every day and each time it got worst. I saw nothing but men and women hanging on each other as to replace one pleasure with another. It almost destroyed our lives. It was a free for all when it came to talking about drugs, alcohol and sex. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can't have men and women in the same place and think that they aren't going to try and replace one pleasure with another.

Substandard treatment approach. Only uses the 12 steps which you can learn for free atAA. Nothing for dual diagnosis. High relapse rate, over 60 percent dont stay sober a year. Expensive. Insurance only pays about 10 days. They expect you to pay the rest. Give you a loan so you can pay then call collections company when you fall behind.

The best treatment came from other patients. Counselors are not trained in the advances in treatment. Very backward. Insurance won't pay for more than 10 days so then they talk you into staying and you end up with a $7,000 bill. When you can't pay. they call a collection company.

This facility does not employ knowledgeable staff members in any department. It almost seems like they purposely withhold treatment effectiveness in order to keep bodies in their beds rather than actually help people heal.
