if i could give less than one star, i definitely would. i worked there as a staff and this place is garbage. do not send your kids here, find any other treatment center. they kick kids out for resisting physical restraints but wont kick someone out for physically fighting someone. their meals always left the kids hungry and wanting more. the staff are very unprofessional and have favoritism within the kids. they believe every rumor the kids spread about staff they dont like. the management treats their employees very poorly. they have had 6 positive COVID tests and did not grant a leave of absence, they did not listen to any concerns from me. they didnt seem to want to send one of their residents to the doctor when she was having trouble having bowel movements and also bleeding from the butt. even after quiting the company, they still contact me about everything and try to tell me how to live my life. i bent over backwards for this company and worked many 16 hour shifts to help out with no appreciation from management. and when COVID got into the building, there was no comfort or sympathy from management either. they never truly treated me as a full staff member, they would talk down to me and make me feel stupid. they will not compromise with you on anything over any type of circumstances.

This is THE most unprofessional treatment center i have ever encountered. The clients were allowed to get away with threats and lying, and most of the staff were highly unprofessional. I am honestly surprised that any parent or social worker would send a child here. There is constant physical fights between clients, and someone runs away from here at least once every other week. If a child would rather be out in the cold with no food or jackets then stay here, then this place must have serious issues. Oh, and on top of that, clients are allowed to take others belongings without consequence or having to give back the items. My daughter came in with at least 20 shirts, 10 pairs of leggings, and 4 pairs of different types of shoes. We were returned 4 shirts, 2 pairs of leggings that didnt belong to her, and a pair of flip flops. The rest of the bag had 7 disgusting towels and 8 moldy sheets to give the bag a fuller appearance. Over 300 dollars in clothing? Gone. Over 200 dollars of misc items? Gone. Thanks so much for towels and bedding that couldn't have been washed in 5 years. Sick.

My son made really good progress while he was at Omegon. It's not a perfect place, but no place is perfect. We had to do some really hard work together as family, but the work did pay off. I felt the staff was very encouraging.

My child has successfully discharged from Omegon after several months of very hard work. The staff at Omegon are knowledgeable, caring, and very good at applying specific techniques that are molded to the needs of the resident. Never give up on your child, listen to the advice of professionals and be consistent. It is very hard work for all, and well worth the effort.
