Intake was a nightmare. They were having system issues and I was told to come back the next day. The videos and packets from groups are very repetitive and out dated. I was told it was a 30 day program but after being there they \"clinically suggested\" I stay for 45...??? Now I\'ve learned that their php and out patient programs are $20.00 a day (which I will never pay). Also because I left \"unplanned\" I was unable to get a script for my antidepressants. I went to an urgent care and have a few until I meet with primary. On the positive notes, Tameko (bht) is amazing. My therapist Richard was wonderful. Also the food was good. Place is super unorganized and created some un needed stress, especially in early recovery. Warm wishes and if you are just getting clean..I\'d keep looking.

This place is god awful and torturous. Sending you unexpected bills for lab visits for an eating disorder program they said my insurance completely covered which I tried to get out of 100 times and was not the reason I was there (WASTE OF TIME PLEASE DONT GET SUCKED IN). Wouldn’t let me leave treatment, groups were repetitive. Met some real cool people there (other inmates). Place only works if you really really really want it. They’re money hungry and find pleasure treating you like you belong to them which is sickening. Extended my taper until it was about time to leave due to a glitch in the system— whaaat???? Hardy received individual therapy due to lack of communication. Please get it together. Your taking responsibility of peoples lives who actually want to make a change. And you don’t have the skills to help the ones who are real sick and need the extra push. God bless this place and anyone who gives it a shot and makes it out. You. Are. Messing. With. Peoples. Lives.

Good care, a lot of confusion with Covid rules and such. The biggest thing is that the staff cares!

It\'s an ok place to go for recovery if you\'re going to focus on your self and not on all the other nonsense that goes on but all in all some of the staff are great the house keeping on the second floor is beyond great ( ms. Luz ) but the one on the first floor sucks ( Ms. Audrey) but some are there just for a pay check and as for the one who runs the place I feel sorry for those who are coming after me because if anything goes wrong or shot hits the fan it gets swept under the rug and the employees who do us wrong as addicts just continue to work there to keep doing it to others who come in for treatment but as for me I focus on myself and my sobriety but I would not recommend it to no one.
