    Scam, don’t waste your money! People still drinking after implants!

    I put a lot of time into arranging for 2 people to get these implants. They have been a total joke. Both persons experienced slight discomfort then overcame it very quickly slipping back into binge drinking habits. Very sad. I asked Dr. Tsan for help, he gave me the excuse that there was a problem with hand sanitizer use with Covid so a new approach needed to be made to be able to maintain the chip. He turned them off without the patients knowledge. Who does something like that??? Who?? That was the most ridiculous excuse. I realized after a long while this man had no intention of helping my family members!! As far as I am concerned he cheated me out of my money and stole my faith in a tool to help combat alcoholism. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. It’s been months. The hypocritical oath must not apply to addicts. Stay away from him!
