Too much going on. Part homeless shelter, part medical ward, part halfway house.

Weaknesses: Poor quality, no resources, bugs, theft. Would not recommend.

Strengths: Nice and caring. Weaknesses: Some were obviously not qualified. They had short tempers and often engaged with the girls in verbal fights. Phoenix house was a overall good facility. Like all places they had their faults. They were very good at educating us on our problems. It was an eyeopening experience. On the down side it was very sheltered and allowed no outside world interaction. When I got out it was like a whole new world opened up again and I didn't know how to interact in it
