- GRACE JUAREZ, M.D.Medical DirectorGrace Juarez, M.D., is a Psychiatrist at Rosewood Santa Monica. Dr. Juarez brings extensive expertise in psychoanalytic-psychodynamic therapy which helps to promote the physical and mental healing of Rosewood Santa Monica patients. She has a special interest in women’s mental health, ignited from her work with pregnant women diagnosed with substance use disorder.
- Shana Chan, LMFTClinical DirectorShana Chan earned her BA in Family Resources from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with Honors and her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary with Honors. She also has a Certificate in Family Life Education. She started in the therapeutic field as early as high school, where she was a Peer Educator assisting freshmen with team-building and counseling. Shana has experience working with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. She has worked in with different levels of care including Residential, Partial, and Intensive Outpatient. Shana appreciates the holistic approach, addressing all aspects of a client’s recovery (dietary, medical, psychiatric/emotional, mental, and social). She also deeply appreciates the process of seeing the clients and families grow as they journey together towards recovery.
