The place is a revolving door, the non-clinical CEO, has no idea what she\'s doing, she\'s only worried about the numbers and filling beds. If you point anything that\'s wrong (and there are plenty) she will find a way to get rid of you even if it\'s illegal. That\'s why there\'s so much litigation going on and there will be more. Nepotism runs rampant there among other no no\'s. The revolving door does not stop with employees, the clients as well and is probably because they are not staffed appropriately and are placed in the wrong programs for financial reasons only. Very unprofessional, starts at the top with the medical director and a driver, smh. The direct staff is awesome but because of that they don\'t stick around long. Great program just horrible leaders.

While the staff are friendly here, the outpatient suboxone program is chaotic and disorganized and the UA kits are frequently defective. Need to improve operations and services in the outpatient programs to be as good as the inpatient treatment
