My husband was a voluntary inpatient, he left after 3 days because he was only able to see the therapist for 10 minutes during his 72+ hour stay. Started outpatient and the very first session was singled out and humiliated by the group leader (I'm not sure she was even a therapist). They didn't even know he had left the facility in tears until I contacted them threatening to call 911. Incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional, poorly trained, rude, and full of excuses is the BEST I can say about them!!!

I have a daughter that’s a adolescent at seven hills, and I’ve called 16 times and did not get through to my daughter to talk to her about her daily progress. I don’t know NOT no who to call.I fill as parent lost for words when they are charging my insurance thousand of dollars for what? Somebody needs to be compliant in all policies, and procedures of this treatment facility.I know I’m not the only parent dealing with this situation. Please be advised I’m in the same line of work.
