Living Sober

112 SE 10th Street, Delray Beach, Florida, 33483
The primary difference between Sober Living Outpatient and other inpatient and outpatient treatment centers is focusing on the core issues. Our groups are primary process groups. We do not focus on psycho-educational materials, although they are addressed within the context of the group. Group therapy at Sober Living Outpatient uses a variety of modalities such as art therapy, psychodrama, sculpting, and many more. We believe in developing a strong, positive relationship with our clients. It is imperative that they trust us, as well as the process involved. We treat each client as if they were our own family. We create an environment in which the client feels safe and loved which enables them to authentically and vulnerably address their issues. Quality treatment first…Finances second…we have never and will never throw someone out because their insurance runs out. If a person wants to be at Sober Living Outpatient and is willing to do the work, we will find a way to make it happen. Our business is not built on repeat business. We help people get well the first time.

Facility Highlights

  • Inner child therapy.
  • Modern, comfortable, and welcoming housing.
  • Intensive family program.

Specialization

  • Aftercare Support

Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a highly specific, research-validated form of therapy that can help people overcome traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. With EMDR, a trained practitioner uses bilateral stimulation, eye movement and touch to stimulate parts of the brain as a patient recounts certain experiences and memories as a way to more thoroughly process uncomfortable, painful feelings.

I was one of the first patients and before that I had been to many rehabs outpatients and all that. But like it stated above they actually work on core issues in a small setting that makes you feel comfortable to open up. It’s not about a paycheck then it’s about making you better so that you can enter society as a confident individual. Miss all you guys!

I arrived to Sober Living Outpatient in September a broken man. Years of drug and sex/love addiction had left my life in shambles. The head of my team offered me a personalized treatment plan that opened my eyes to the core issues that led to me becoming an addict. Working through this has honestly been the hardest thing that I have ever done. Today I along with those close to me can see the changes in my outlook on life. I now look forward to each day. My confidence is returning and my depression & anxiety are under control. I am now looking to return to the workforce. My future is bright! Thank you to the head of my team and everyone at Sober Living IOP for helping me to turn my life around.

Sober Living Outpatient really helped me get to the issues I had been avoiding my entire life. I was treated like a person in need of love and understanding. The community environment was a huge factor for me because I don\'t think I had ever felt \"a part of\" like I did while I was there. I still talk to my former therapists there and enjoy keeping them up to date on how my life continues to improve. I am 23 and going on 2 years sober thanks to this place and how I was treated compared to the 2 other treatment centers I went to before Sober Living Outpatient.
    Official facility response:

Thank you M.J. ! We appreciate your positive review and are glad you are continuing to do well. Keep up the good work!

My experience at sober living outpatient was amazing. The therapists are very involved and the entire staff is so helpful and caring. I\'ve never experienced anything like it in my life. The CEO/primary therapist saved my life. I wouldn\'t be sober today if it wasn\'t for this place. They helped me so much. I came from nothing and was so emotionally damaged and they helped me to find the inner wisdom and self love that I needed to fight through my addiction. David doesn\'t give up on anyone and will go above and beyond for anyone who is willing to do the work to better themselves and stay sober. Thank you so much sober living outpatient. I am eternally grateful.
