Living Sober
112 SE 10th Street, Delray Beach, Florida, 33483
The primary difference between Sober Living Outpatient and other inpatient and outpatient treatment centers is focusing on the core issues. Our groups are primary process groups. We do not focus on psycho-educational materials, although they are addressed within the context of the group. Group therapy at Sober Living Outpatient uses a variety of modalities such as art therapy, psychodrama, sculpting, and many more.
We believe in developing a strong, positive relationship with our clients. It is imperative that they trust us, as well as the process involved. We treat each client as if they were our own family. We create an environment in which the client feels safe and loved which enables them to authentically and vulnerably address their issues.
Quality treatment first…Finances second…we have never and will never throw someone out because their insurance runs out. If a person wants to be at Sober Living Outpatient and is willing to do the work, we will find a way to make it happen. Our business is not built on repeat business. We help people get well the first time.

Specialization
Aftercare Support
Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a highly specific, research-validated form of therapy that can help people overcome traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. With EMDR, a trained practitioner uses bilateral stimulation, eye movement and touch to stimulate parts of the brain as a patient recounts certain experiences and memories as a way to more thoroughly process uncomfortable, painful feelings.
