No trauma informed care here. I was retraumatized by the time I spent here. I have reached out with concerns but haven't been met with any real answers. When I called to ask if they offer trauma informed care the nurse who answered replied that she didn't really know what that is. In a behavioral health setting, that is dangerous and harmful to patients. It's 2022. Time for ALL medical personnel to be educated on trauma informed care but ESPECIALLY behavioral health "specialists".
The. Nurses. Treated me with kindness . i do think their needs more emphasis on mental health but it is short term. Thank you all for your compassion
Great nurses. Should do more medical testing for underlying causes. Not a long term treatment facility.
Good facility but needs better holistic offerings.
One on One help was great. Stays in contact with family before decisions are made about care.
