Turning Point Centers - Bell Canyon Residential Treatment

My sister went to Turning Point last year. First of all, it was very difficult to contact the main person to get her signed up. Phone calls were not returned. When she finally went in, she needed to leave to go to the hospital. When we went to get her stuff, half of her clothes and items had been stolen. Very frustrating because we had bought most of her things new. They had no explanation for us except her stuff was gone and they didn't where it was. To pay that much money, they couldn't even gather her things together. Wow!

I attended last Oct - yup 10/15 is my one year! Never in the last 20 in my active addiction did l ever think l would reach a year sober. I’m so great full for the time l spent there - and my counselor.

When I flew into Utah and checked into Turning Point , I was barely human. I was greeted so lovingly by the therapist , I was able to take a breath for the first time in years. I was still in the last phases of detox from a cocktail of drugs , physician prescribed , and dealing with heavy trauma. I went in shaking and more scared then I’d ever been. I had lost everything, including myself. I cannot thank these people enough for the love, compassion and acceptance they showed to me! I am four years out and finding my strength once again. Thank you for the greatest gift of my life. MY LIFE !!!!!!

I am thankful for the best care and treatment I received at TPC. The staff was great and the people I met and connected with are life savers.

Stared out well, went South in a horrible way. Refusal to show documentation for charges. Will not return messages broken promised and just flat out deception. Headed to litigation. Look out the number one concern these people have is your money. You and your problems are secondary.
