My loved one had heard this place was "brutal" but found out that was NOT true. He received detox and treatment and kept saying how nice everyone was and how the food was wonderful. Sad to say, he isn't through drinking and relapsed about 2 weeks out. Didn't reach out for help, but as long as he is alive there is hope.

As a very concerned parent of a 28 year old addiction patient, I am disgusted and very disappointed at the clinic for their cumulative lack of concern for parents trying to help their loved one beat this disease. He has been there twice in 9 weeks and was much worse after his first stay. We were trying to get confirmation on meeting with our loved one and staff do we can speak with education about what we are dealing with and not one person has called us back. All we get is we cannot confirm or deny a person is here. Well I can I had him sent there as a father and who is watching my loved one slip away with no assistance. I expected a bit more empathy and understanding. If there was a negative rating it would select it. Also a therapist from our city who has worked with our loved one called several times with no response. It makes you feel helpless and I no longer have to wonder why the epidemic is out of control. A call back would be appropriate.
