Wellness Resource Center not only saved my son Matthew's life it also gave him a new life! The entire team at Wellness Resource was Excellent!! Words cant's express the gratitude I have for the Wellness Resource Center and their program.

I have suffered with addiction my entire life. I have been to over a dozen facilities in Florida, North Caro lina, and New Mexico. While nothing to be proud of, I do believe my experiences provided me with direct insight into these facilities and what life inside them is like, insights that people beginning to seek treatment and their families and loved ones lack. I feel a burden to give some account of what I experienced be it good, bad, or ugly. Wellness Resources was almost exclusively bad and UGLY. I n contrast to most facilities I lived in, I came out WORSE and not better. It just simply was THE WORST place I stayed at, in comparison to at least a dozen facilities in 3 states. I can imagine you are stressed and in pain. Please do not make the situation worse by sending your suffering loved one to this place. And do not be surprised should you choose to do so, if they return worse and not better. Something laced it on my heart to do what I can to warn you AGAINST Wellness Resources. There are too many better alternatives out there. God bless.

This unfortunately was not a good fit for my daughter for personal reasons regarding her, but I will say even 2 weeks after my daughter left their program, they went above and beyond to help me make sure my child was safe in Florida (as we are all from Massachusetts) and they are even providing her with a sober escort to the airport tomorrow to get her back up here so that she is definitely safe and that means more to me than anything. If you have any issues, their team will work with you as much as you need to find solutions and I’ve been very satisfied by that!

They flew my barely 18 year old kid out there, charged my insurance a ton of money and then kicked her out after 2 days there when she was heavily coming off of 16 mg of suboxone daily! Now I need to fly her back home, and we’re looking into insurance fraud. I get why this fb page has no spot for complete transparency with real reviews!!!! There are so many nice places in Florida who cares more about helping people than about how much money they can bill their insurance company!! These people don’t HELP anyone!!!!!!! They made her feel so awful about herself!!

My wife was at Wellness Resource Center and it was a complete nightmare from my perspective. Once a "client" is admitted they surrender all rights at the door. They meet all the conditions of a captive. The front line staff are so unprofessional. They don't know how to answer phones. They don't know how to be nice. Everyone I saw or talked to who works there seems miserable. My wife told me that it was horrible. She barely ate anything during her time there. Everyone gives you a hard time when you try to see how things are going. There is something not right behind the scenes. I would suggest you stay away from this one. My wife's words: "They sold us a bill of goods - it's not like they said it would be."
