They take men on probation, low income and megans list Poor recovery ratio, all you do is go to ALNON an AA meetings. Bed bug issue. uncaring staff. There is not enough treatment centers for low income and the criminal court system in Allegheny county does not have informed probation officers or enough facilities for the massive drug problem.

It was small only had 19 beds so that was a plus. The staff did not seem qualified... they seemed more about the money than helping people. It's been a long time since I was there so I do not know what it's like now except the fact that it is no longer a co-ed facility it now only houses men. and that the food is no longer shipped from the hospital but from the is pizza place down the street.
