Specialization

  • Residential Treatment

    Residential treatment programs provide housing (food and meals) in addition to treatment for substance abuse. Some facilities offer only short-term residential treatment, some offer only long-term treatment and others offer both, ranging from a few days to many months, based on patient needs.
  • Holistic Therapy

    Facilities that offer “holistic therapy” see and treat patients in the context of their entire lives and health status. They treat the “whole person,” not just the addiction.

  • Lisa Collier
    Lisa CollierAdmissions Coordinator
    L​isa graduated from Women at the Well on February 20, 2010. After completing a 6-month internship, God called her to a full-time residential staff position. Lisa then earned the certifications to teach Personal Studies for New Christians, Group Studies for New Christians, and also earned Biblical Counseling certification through the Teen Challenge International program. She is also a qualified Committed to Freedom Counselor. Lisa is a member of Joy Christian Fellowship in Charleston, Tennessee and very active in the Cleveland Emmaus Community. She is CPR certified and enjoys learning, laughter, and fellowship with the body of Christ. Lisa married Dean Collier on November 9, 2013 and they have precious son named Ezekiel, born on August 1, 2014.

    Robin nationExecutive Director
    Robin Nation is the founder and director of Women at the Well Ministries. She and her husband are life-long residents of McMinn County. The vision for WATW came to Robin while working as the Sheriff's Secretary at the McMinn County Justice Center in 1994. Jail Ministry is where she accepted the call in this ministry. Robin is a member of Eastanallee Baptist Church in Riceville, Tennessee. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from International College of Bible Theology, certified Temperment Counselor and Licensed Pastoral Counselor through the National Christians Counselors Association. Robin is certified in Personal Studies for New Christians, Committed to Freedom, and Biblical Counseling through the Teen Challenge International. She graduated March 15, 2014 from the Level III Emerging Leaders Program through the Teen Challenge Program. She is also CPR Certified. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, camping, biking, and walking.

    Women at the Well is a great facility for any woman who is going through any life controlling issues. They are caring, supporting and loving. This program is solely based on donations. I have the up most respect for the these women and for the residents that go through this program. It is a structured faith based program that I believe Is what\'s needed for anyone overcoming any addiction. It all begins with the individual wanting the help and ultimately giving their life to Jesus Christ, through his grace you will be set free!
